This session will help patients and their families understand what an individualized prophylaxis plan is and how to get started. As each hemophilia patient is different—the combination of their age, weight, bleeding history, how they metabolize Factor, and lifestyle makes them unique—we will explore the benefits to tailoring a treatment plan with a Health Care Provider to each patient’s needs.
